Jeremy I’Anson - Managing Director
 Jeremy’s expertise is in the provision of coaching and training focused on career development, selection and assessment. He has a Masters Degree in Education from Aston University in Birmingham and many years experience of developing and delivering training courses to a broad range of participants at every level from graduate to CEO.
He started his career with IBM and spent four years working in Business Development first in London and then at the IBM European Headquarters in Paris. He then moved to Jeddah in Saudi Arabia where he worked as a Management Trainer, first for Pitman Training Services and then as Chief Executive for a British Aerospace joint venture company, Saudi Development and Training Limited.
For the last eleven years Jeremy has been based in the UK working in the Executive Search industry. He has sat in on interviews with senior managers from many of the top companies in the UK and of course he has personally interviewed hundreds of candidates. In addition to providing one-2-one interview coaching, Jeremy is a professional journalist writing on a variety of topics providing careers advice. Jeremy is the official interview coaching partner to www.cwjobs.co.uk and is a regular contributor to www.itjoblog.co.uk and Computer Weekly providing careers advice to IT professionals.
